I think it’s so important to chose the right hair & makeup artist. We’re one of the first people you see & you will be spending a big chunk of your wedding morning with us too. So here's a little bit about me to give you a feel as to whether we'll be a good fit.

I live in SE London with my husband, baby girl Goldie & extremely friendly cat Pearl. We got married in winter 2024, we had a low key, city wedding & planned it in just 3 months. I generally try to live by the rule of leading with kindness & think this is what has lead me to working with some of the most beautiful souls. ​

My professional journey...

​

My mum tells me that at age 10 I announced that I wanted to be a makeup artist & all the way through my teens my dream job never changed! I studied art & then went on to a degree in Hair & Makeup Design for Music, Film & Photography at Southampton Uni. It was the first time in my life i'd ever been top of the class & I won an award & graduated with a First Class Hons in 2010. I then did an internship for the makeup company Illamasqua & there I met an artist working in film & commercials. I went on to assist her for 4 years, absorbing all the skills & techniques I possibly could & developing a meticulous attention to detail. 

 

After a decade of working in TV, film & theatre & doing weddings on the side I realised that my passion lies in the wonderful, sunny world of weddings & bridal & as cheesy as it sounds, I've never looked back! I've always loved helping people to feel good about themselves & I'm so grateful to every person who puts their trust in me to support them on one of the biggest days of their lives.

 

Fresh, glowing makeup & effortless looking hair is where I thrive. My style is all about enhancing your natural beauty & features & drawing from your own individual style to create a look that feels like your best version of you. My years of experience creating stage & film hair & makeup & working with hundreds of brides means that I know how to create camera ready looks that last.

Some things I love...

 

I love live music, yoga, being outdoors, travelling & dip my toe in astrology. I will talk anyones ear off who'll listen about skin care & the latest beauty devices & this is probably where most of my spare money goes (along with cute outfits for Goldie from Vinted)!

I'm a vegetarian & love animals. I don't believe any animals should suffer in the name of beauty, that's why my kit is cruelty free. I have a very friendly cat named Pearl, who has a lot more dog mannerisms than cat.​

​

I care about looking after our planet & preserving the world for generations to come & so I try to be as eco conscious as possible within my business & general life.
